To provide and maintain the course, track your progress, issue your certificate, and improve content quality. We do not sell or rent personal data.

We process your data based on (a) the contract to deliver the course you signed up for, (b) our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure platform, and (c) your consent for optional communications.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level access controls so each user can only access their own learning records. Authentication uses industry-standard practices (hashed passwords, JWT tokens).

5. Your Rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Deletion of your account also removes your progress and quiz history; verification of issued certificates may persist via the public verification code, which contains no personal data.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
