Free Access

The current version of the CRC Training Hub is offered free of charge. No payment is collected for access to lessons, quizzes, the final exam, or the certificate of completion.

Future Paid Tiers

If paid plans are introduced (for example: live mentoring, exam prep packages, or institutional licenses), the following refund principles will apply:

• 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided the learner has not yet been issued the certificate of completion.
• Refunds are not available once the certificate has been generated, since the educational service has been fully delivered.
• Institutional or bulk licenses follow the contractual terms agreed at purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request via the contact channels listed on the homepage, including your account email and order reference. Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Account Cancellation

You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the eligibility window described above.
