By creating an account and accessing the CRC Training Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform offers continuing professional development (CPD) training for Clinical Research Coordinators. Content is provided "as is" for educational purposes and is updated periodically to reflect current regulations.
The certificate of completion issued by the Platform certifies attendance and successful assessment within this program. It does not constitute a license, professional certification (such as ACRP CCRC, SOCRA CCRP, or equivalent), or an academic degree. Eligibility for external credentials must be sought separately from the corresponding issuing body.
You must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to share course materials outside the Platform, attempt to manipulate quiz outcomes, or misrepresent your certificate. We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained fraudulently.
All course content, including text, quizzes, case studies, and the platform interface, is owned by the CRC Training Hub and protected by international copyright laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own learning.
The Platform is provided for educational purposes. While content is reviewed for accuracy and updated regularly, the CRC Training Hub is not liable for clinical, regulatory, or operational decisions taken based on the materials. Always consult your sponsor, IRB, and applicable regulations.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
